because kenny has the best hand. don’t forget, kenny is supposedly the best. You need quads to raise, normal players need a flush, kenny should be able to do it with a pair on an ultra-scary board.

In this case though, Tran just made an amazingly great read and although he was doubting, his reads were right. Best call I have ever seen.
yes, a great call BUT, its a call that if you do all the time, in the end U WILL LOSE! Anybody worth their “poker salt” knows this and wouldn’t make this call. It was a negative EV all the way. There was nothing Tran could make on the turn or river that would have given him the best hand, (that could beat a flush), for the kind of pot odds he had to call. This call was nothing more than a “gut ” call and those calls will cost you more than you will ever make.
